Gina & Craig / Palos Verdes Engagement Photography

Gina and Craig rocked their engagement session! They will be tying the knot next month with a very intimate wedding on Catalina Island. We started off the session with some photos at the scenic Trump National Golf Course in Palos Verdes. We wandered around the trails that border the course and found some really neat spots.

Since Gina is a San Pedro local she knew all the cool spots for her engagement photos, and spots both of them had explored together. Our next location was the Historic Point Fermin Lighthouse and Park, built back in the late 1800′s. Obviously the park had some beautiful old trees and the light was gorgeous.

After we stopped for a bite to eat together at this damn good sandwich shop (it’s good to have some local knowledge!) we dropped down by the Harbor and got some photos in an old pretty much abandoned shipping district. It’s safe to say we had a great time during our session, and I am getting more excited by the day to get on over to Catalina on St. Patty’s day for their wedding!

Sneak Peak : Gina & Craig / Palos Verdes Engagement Photography

We were sure glad we postponed our session a day from Wednesday’s rainy and windy madness! The Palos Verdes peninsula was beautiful, offering crystal clear views of Catalina and north and south coasts as far as you could see.

Here is a single image sneak peak from Gina & Craig’s session, enjoy for now, more to come later :)

Tyler Hudson Portraits / Huntington Beach Kid & Family Photography

So far in 2012 I haven’t been the most “on top of it” blogger, but I am kicking off some awesome posts with one portrait session I really loved being a part of :)

Tyler is one dang cute 15 month old, and his wonderful mom Jessica wanted some updated portraits of Tyler. Jess wanted to me to capture all of the funny, quirky, and downright laugh out loud funny faces Ty has been making lately. Jessica also wanted to create a fun Valentine for Tyler to send out to all his girlfriends! (friends of mom, aunts, grandmas, and maybe a few of his favorite girls from playdates ;) ) Click HERE to check out the Valentine card Tyler sent out.

These moments, faces, and fascinations with rocks and sticks are only there for what seems like a fleeting moment. So head over to the to the contact page and get in touch with me so you too can have some portraits of your little girl or gal!
