Great 8 Creative Sneak Peek/ Lifestyle Commercial Photography

A really awesome creative agency who does some amazing graphic design work and website development wanted to get some lifestlye shots for their new ad campaign. Sarah (my wife and owner of Great 8 Creative) wanted some images in her hometown of Huntington Beach where her business is based, and wanted to communicate a few different things. First, that you get one on one service and products from your friendly neighbor right here in Orange County. Second, that you can sit down to coffee and discuss simple, fun, and effective ways to build a website for your business so that it will succeed. We got some cool shots in downtown Huntington Beach and then got coffee and did some shooting in Costa Mesa at OC Mart Mix. Here are a few of my favorites, enjoy:

Christina & Wally Sneak Peek / San Juan Capistrano Wedding

I thought I would take this Labor Day to offer up a really cool sneak peak from Christina & Wally’s wedding in San Juan Capistrano. I was 2nd shooting for the awesome Carly Daniel and we shot a different spots s in and around the south Orange County area. Hope you enjoy the Sneak Peak and check back to the main site for the complete wedding soon:

This shot was taken at the San Juan Capistrano Mission. What a beautiful place for any type of photo shoot, gardens and amazing structures galore!

These two were steaming up this colorful area at the San Juan Capistrano Train Depot .  I really love how this shot captures these two.

Everyone was really getting into the swing of things later that night at the reception at El Adobe. Christina and Wally were getting their dance on while being surrounded by family and friends hooting and hollering. I like the black and white and graininess of the shot, its a little mysterious and captures the surreal feeling that grew as the night went on.

Wedding: Jamie & Rob / Huntington Beach Wedding Photographer

Jamie and Rob had their wedding here in my hometown of Huntington Beach at the Newland House Museum. I was shooting this wedding with Hoffmann Photographer who also calls Huntington Beach his home. The Newland House Museum is well over 100 years old and sits on a bluff catching that nice ocean breeze. Their special day started at the Huntington Beach Hotel capturing Jamie getting ready, and a little champagne with her bridesmaids. Jamie was glowing, and so full of excitement and couldn’t wait to marry Rob, it was really awesome.

At the Newland House prior to the ceremony Robert’s Marine friends in full uniform were practicing their routine, swords and all. It was a first photographing a Marine Sword ceremony during the nuptials. Rob has served overseas in Afghanistan and the Middle East and was fully decorated, among all of his medals one notable one was a Purple Heart. The love and unbreakable commitment that Jamie and Rob share for each other was felt by everyone there. They had so much to celebrate with their friends and family, and I was honored to document their day with them.
